AQIS / Quarantine Coordinator (Laemchabang - Chonburi)
Ensure module and yard cleaning activities are performed and documented by the use of a quarantine inspection check list and report.
Liaise with AQIS / Quarantine service provider for the verification work quality meeting specific requirements of the job ordered. Such as wash down, housekeeping, capping, surrounding vegetation, fogging & pest control, rodent & bird infestation, wasps, moths, snail, bees, bats, mosquitoes, etc.
To lead AQIS / Quarantine requirement activities of all finished goods before any sail away. Such as wash down & cleaning, cable end & JB glands protection, incomplete hot & cold insulation, vessel/static equipment dressing, pipe & clamps, structural steel, handrails, floors, stairways, control valve & instruments, etc.
Perform periodic AQIS / Quarantine compliance quality audits of construction activity and provide reports with corrective & preventive action countermeasures.
Input tracking database weekly and Monthly reports.
